How should I store my fragrance?

To preserve its integrity, store your flacon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations. This will ensure your scent remains as pristine as the day it was crafted.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on bottles that have been opened or used. Your satisfaction is paramount. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@swissduft.ae with your order number and photographic evidence, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Please contact our client service team within 48 hours of delivery at contact@swissduft.ae with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
