Welcome to SwissDuft. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.swissduft.ae (the "Site"), and your purchase of the luxurious SwissDuft fragrances ("Products") from our company, based in the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing our Site and placing an order, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them with the same care with which we craft our scents. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access the website or make a purchase.

1. The Olfactory Journey: General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

2. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this Site is not accurate, complete, or current. 3. The Art of Acquisition: Purchases and Payment

● Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we may confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the order has been dispatched.

● Pricing

All prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). We reserve the right to change prices for our Products at any time.

● Payment

By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. You authorize us to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.

4. The Signature Delivery

● Shipping

We partner with esteemed courier services to deliver your order across the UAE and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timescales will be confirmed at the checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

● Title and Risk

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from SwissDuft pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. The Return Policy: A Note on Personal Scents

Due to the intimate and personal nature of fragrance, and in the interest of upholding the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on opened Products. Your satisfaction is paramount to us.

● Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@swissduft.ae with your order number and photographic evidence. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.

● Incorrect Item Shipped

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for the correct Product to be sent to you.

6. The Personal Blend: Your Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which reflects our commitment to discretion and data integrity.

7. Intellectual Property: The Soul of SwissDuft

The entire content of the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of SwissDuft or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. The "SwissDuft" name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our proprietary trademarks.
